Patrice Clavé, of counsel, practices corporate tax law, in particular handling the restructuring of French and international corporate groups, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and operations involving structured financial products.

He advises companies and investment funds on matters of corporate tax, tax consolidation, VAT and local taxes. Patrice Clavé assists clients with tax audits and litigation, as well, as. He also handles “criminal tax” cases.

 

With a tax degree from the University of Toulouse, Mr. Clavé practiced with Fidal Paris from 2005 to 2007 before joining MSB at its inception.

 

Mr. Clavé has lectured in corporate tax for the University of Paris X-Nanterre law school.
