Jean Luc MENU and Patrice Clavé spoke at a breakfast conference on "Tax fraud: "How to anticipate and manage the criminal risk for companies?", run in partnership with David PERE and Cécile Terret, partners at Addleshaw Goddard France.

 

Our speakers discussed the consequences of the penalisation of tax law - since the law of 23 October 2018 - and what it means for companies today. 

Faced with this new problem and these new risks, companies must prepare themselves and reinforce their vigilance: how to anticipate? How to learn how to best manage controls? How to manage criminal proceedings? Is it possible to conclude negotiated criminal proceedings in order to come out on top? These are the questions that our speakers were able to answer.
